Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at drtyclub24@gmail.com or call +91 85904 37606. We will make every effort to process the cancellation before dispatch.
After Shipment:
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may be eligible to return the product as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds for Cancellations
- Orders cancelled within the allowed time frame will receive a full refund.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.
