  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact

Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.


2. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling
  • Items without original packaging or missing tags
  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return request:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share your Order ID, clear photos/videos of the product, and the reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days

Once approved, return pickup or shipping instructions will be shared with you.


4. Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Shipping charges (if any) are non‑refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.


5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • Replacement requests are subject to product availability
  • Approved replacements will be dispatched within 5–7 business days

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
